Dukane will not allow credit for returned goods except in accordance with standard warranty procedures,
or unless otherwise agreed prior to their return.
Please contact Dukane for Return Authorization (RMA) within 30 days.
A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all new and unused standard products authorized for return.

Upon authorization, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
